Every Thursday and Friday lunchtime we cook two delicious tempeh dishes from scratch
using the freshest ingredients (and absolutely no pastes!)
which we serve between 12.00-14.00
at the moment we're serving the following two hot dishes:
Lodeh Tempeh
Indonesian Tempeh Curry
our tempeh freshly cooked with coconut milk, traditional spices
(inc lemongrass & kaffir lime leaves) julienne carrots and fine green beans
topped with fresh coriander and served with rice and Indonesian chili sambal

Cumin Tempeh
a very popular non-traditional dish, the tempeh is slowly cooked with red peppers,
cherry plumb tomatoes and a range of spices creating a drier dish
which is then served with flatbread, yoghurt, lime, fresh coriander and Indonesian chili sambal
